we get from you or that you give us. You should not use the Platform if you disagree

- We collect and process information you give us when you create an
account and upload
content to the Platform. This includes technical and behavioural

your use of the Platform. We also collect information about you if you
download the
app and interact with the Platform without creating an account.

and manage it.
We use your information, among other things, to show you interesting

- Information about your profile. When you sign up for the
Platform, you give
us information like your username, date of birth (if applicable), email address,
and/or
phone number. You also give us information about what you say in your user
profile, like
your picture or the content of your profile, like audios, images, clips, etc.
- Information about user behavior and content. We process the
content you
create on the Platform, including your preferences (such as the language you
choose),
uploaded photos and audio, and comments (collectively, "User
Content"). We also
get information about how you use the Platform, like how you interact with the
content we
show you, the ads you see, the images and audios you download, problems you
have, content
you like, and users you follow. For the purpose of personalizing content, we
also infer your
preferences, such as your gender, age, and interests. For the purpose of
promoting your
content to other users, we process information about your followers, the number
of likes you
receive, the number of downloads your content receives, and responses to content
you upload.
We will also use this information to provide you with personalized advertising
and inform
you of new services and opportunities when necessary.
- Information from outside sources We may automatically collect
data from
third parties if you use the Platform, or you can choose to share certain data
with us. The
following is additional information regarding the data we receive from third
parties:
- Partners in Business : You will provide us with
your username
and public profile, including but not limited to your name, city,
birthday, and
contact list, if you choose to register to use the Platform using the
details of
your social network account (such as Facebook or Google). Additionally,
we will
provide your social network with your Platform ID, access token, and
referring URL.
- Networks of Advertisers : We use the information
we get from
you and how you use the Platform and other websites to figure out what
you might be
interested in so that we can show you ads that are more relevant to you.
This
information tells us about websites you've visited, apps you've
downloaded,
and purchases you've made. It helps us figure out how well our
advertising on
our Platform is working and predict what else might interest you in the
future. This
information is gathered from third parties who advertise on our Platform
and whose
websites you visit as well as through the use of Cookies and
technologies similar to

- We gather technical information about you. When you use the
Platform,
including the App without an account, certain data about you is gathered
automatically. Your

the Platform),
mobile carrier, time zone settings, an identifier for advertising purposes, and
the version
of the app you're using are all examples of this kind of information.
Additionally, we
will gather information about the device you are using to access the Platform,

model number, operating system, network type, and device ID. We will be able to
identify
your activity across devices using your profile information when you log in from
multiple

- Location. If you opt in, when you access the Platform or use
it, we use
information about your location. We may collect your GPS (Global Positioning
System) data
and mobile device location information with your permission. You can disable

services in the settings of your mobile device if you do not want to share your
precise
location with us.

and how you use the Platform, improve our services, and provide you with
targeted
advertising across all of your devices on the Platform and elsewhere. Cookies

Platform.

audio, image,

you share
content on instant messaging platforms like Whatsapp, a link to the content will
be shared.

the Platform
is a safe and enjoyable environment, we provide content and information to
service providers
who support our business, such as cloud service providers and providers of
content
moderation services.
- Analytics Providers : In order to optimize and
enhance the
Platform, we employ analytics providers. If you have chosen to receive
personalized
advertising from us and/or our partners, our third-party analytics providers
also assist us
in serving targeted advertisements. Please refer to our Cookies Policy for
additional
information regarding the methods by which our analytics providers collect
Platform-based

- Networks of Advertisers : To show how many and which
Platform
users have viewed or clicked on an advertisement, we share information with
advertisers and
third-party measurement companies. In order to connect your Platform activity
with your
activity on other websites, we share your device ID with measurement companies;

By signing into Wavelino, you can access and edit the majority of the information on
your
profile. The User Content that you have uploaded can be removed. In addition, there
are a number
of tools in Settings that let you control the content you upload. Please contact us

Web Beacons
Together with cookies, Web beacons—also known as single-pixel gifs—may be
present on
our platform. These images are used to compile aggregated statistics on platform
usage. We get
information about how you and other people use the Platform from third parties. We
will, for
instance, be aware of the number of Users who access a particular page and the User
Content that
they click on. We make use of this compiled data to comprehend and optimize Platform
usage.
